The over-temperature indicator on the standard instrument cluster will illuminate when the engine is overheating. Take action to cool the engine. See the Engine Cooling Actions section for more information. The indicator will flash when engine temperature reaches critical levels. Stop the engine immediately.
The engine temperature scale located on the right side of the PIDD screen changes to RED and the check engine temperature indicator located on the top left of the screen illuminates when the engine is overheating. Take action to cool the engine. See the Engine Cooling Actions section for more information. The indicator will flash when engine temperature reaches critical levels. Stop the engine immediately.
