Periodic Maintenance

Inspect, clean, lubricate, adjust and replace parts as necessary. When inspection reveals the need for replacement parts, we recommend genuine SLINGSHOT parts available from your dealer. However, equivalent parts may also be used, but may void your vehicle warranty. Record service and maintenance information in the Maintenance Log on Maintenance Log.
Perform maintenance at the intervals specified in the Periodic Maintenance Chart. Perform the procedures more frequently if the vehicle is subjected to severe use.

  • Idling for extended periods
  • High speed operation for extended periods
  • Low speed operation for extended periods
